Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This policy explains how Vantacite (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit vantacite.com or contact us. It is written to align with the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and applicable US state privacy laws.
What we collect
- Details you submit in our forms: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company, website URL, country, budget and project details.
- Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider logs automatically (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and audits, and deliver services you request (legal basis: steps prior to a contract / contract).
- To keep our website secure and prevent spam (legitimate interests). Our form stores only a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting.
- To send occasional relevant updates only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will use consent-aware settings and update this policy and our cookie banner before doing so.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example email, hosting, CRM and payment providers) under appropriate data-protection terms, or where required by law.
International transfers
Our team works from India and some providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the contract and for legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email the contact form on our website. UK residents may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
